The site includes two 3-story buildings connected by an underground
parking garage. It is the first residential complex in Culpeper to
provide underground parking, elevators, keyed entry, and security
monitoring. As an added value to the project, the developers have
provided a spacious common area terrace and community room (to be built in Phase II)
adjacent to a heavily landscaped courtyard.
The stunning courtyard is enhanced by gazebos, a water feature, bike racks, benches, walkways, barbeque and gardening areas, and a bus kiosk.
