Developers

Mulberry Court Condominiums is owned and is being developed by Mulberry Condos, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company formed in November of 2006.  Mulberry Condos was founded and is currently owned equally by Gregory M. Yates of Culpeper, Virginia and Jerry V. Bledsoe of Orange, Virginia.

Mr. Yates has approximately thirty (30) years of experience in real estate management and real estate development, as principal in Deer Ridge Development, Inc. and Yates Properties, Brokerage LC.  Mr. Yates holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.  He obtained his real estate brokerage license in 1987, and has served on the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors of Culpeper County, Virginia.  Mr. Yates is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Theatre Foundation, a non-profit organization created for the renovation and restoration of the State Theatre in Culpeper, Virginia, a 1938 art deco vaudeville theatre. 

Mr. Bledsoe has approximately seventeen (17) years of construction and project management experience with Robert G. Bledsoe Building Co. Inc., which has been in business since 1968 and of which Mr. Bledsoe became President and sole owner in 2002.  He is a third-generation owner of the company.  Mr. Bledsoe graduated from Woodberry Forest School in 1987 and then attended Bridgewater College.  He is a member of the Piedmont Virginia Building Association, the Fredericksburg Area Building Association, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, and the Culpeper County Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Bledsoe is currently serving on the Orange County School Board as the District 4 elected representative.

Over the past few years, Mr. Yates and Mr. Bledsoe jointly have completed two condominium projects in Virginia.
